This notice explains what Haveli Marble Private Limited (“we”) does with the personal data you give us through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the stone you are interested in and your message. We also record the date and time of the enquiry and the IP address it came from, which is used solely to rate-limit spam.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, where it leads to business, to quote, supply and support your order. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Consent
We ask for your explicit consent before the form is submitted. Submitting the form without ticking that box is not possible. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us at the address below; we will then delete your data unless we are required by law to keep it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to three years so we can follow up and so we have a record of what was quoted. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
Our own sales and export team, and our email provider, which carries the message. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only to make the enquiry form’s spam check work, and it expires when you close the browser.
Your rights
- Ask us what data of yours we hold.
- Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.
